rules or minimum standards for the Aboriginal Community Elders Services Inc.
•They cover the relationship between
Elders, Employees and Members of the Community.
Some
codes of conduct are mandatory – that is, the industry must follow them. Others
are voluntary, only applying to visitors and Elders
