WHL acknowledge that we don’t yet have a formal policy in place regarding the use of generative AI tools like ChatGPT. However, we’re aware that some staff are already using these tools to support their work. This session is a chance to learn more about how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly while we work towards developing clearer guidelines.
Key tips:
- Avoid inputting confidential or sensitive information — treat it like a public workspace.
- Review all output carefully — AI can be helpful for drafts or brainstorming, but it may generate inaccurate or biased content.
- Use it to assist, not replace your critical thinking, professional judgement, and understanding of our organisational tone and values.
